My client is a Planning and Development Consultancy, who have more than 60 years combines experiences in the private and public sectors! They specialise in offering tailored advice across a broad range of projects such as large-scale retail, residential, commercial, mixed use, student, and build-to-rent projects! They are now on the lookout for a dynamic Town Planner to join the team in their Edinburgh office!
The Role as a Town Planner
- Provide expert planning advice for property development projects.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria for the Town Planner
- MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (or working towards).
- Previous demonstrable experience within a similar consultancy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- A valid driver's license
