Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalise missives, leases, and development agreements with precision.
  • Conduct thorough title examinations and provide detailed reports to safeguard client interests.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners by delivering exceptional service.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge to support their professional growth.
  • Manage workloads efficiently to meet both client and firm objectives cost-effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong foundation in commercial real estate law.
  • Proven experience in supervising and guiding team members.
