Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor

Reed are currently working with one of their established Edinburgh clients to recruit a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions and ensure clients consistently receive an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
- Conducting title searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Scotland.
- Candidates with all levels of PQE will be considered
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal tech.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
