We are recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client, a national law firm. This is a full time,permanent position,offering the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive legal environment.As a key part of the team, you will providehigh-quality secretarial and administrative supportto solicitors and paralegals, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client transactions.

The Role:
  • Preparing, transcribing, and formatting legal documents fromdigital dictation systems.
  • Producingaccurate and professionally presented documentationwithin tight deadlines.
  • Handlingclient and professional correspondence, including answering telephone calls and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Managing legal files on thecase management systemand maintaining an organised filing system.
  • Assisting solicitors and paralegals withdiary management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

About You:
  • At least 2 years of experienceas a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing team.
  • Strongcommunication skillsand a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Excellentorganisational and time-managementabilities, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment todelivering high-quality work.
  • Experience withcase management software and digital dictation systems.
