Salary: £22,642

Core Hours: 34.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:15pm)

Our client is looking for a Legal Enquiries Administrative Assistant to support their fast-paced Legal Enquiries Team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prioritise and manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of our case management records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and coordinate with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or other departments.
  • Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Occasionally provide cover for reception as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams.
