Your new companyYou will be joining a prestigious and reputable legal firm located in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre. As an organisation, they are committed to your development and progression, offering a structured appraisal plan to help you grow with the firm.Your new roleIn this new and exciting role, you will be working in the central hub of the firm's support function, providing general legal administrative support to fee-earning groups, their PA's and other senior managers. You'll carry out a variety of tasks, including but not limited to;

  • General administration (filing, scanning, printing, PDF conversions)
  • File and document management
  • Arranging travel
  • Supporting the preparation of the fee earner billing process
  • Process expenses
  • Helping with ad-hoc projects when required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in legal administration or administration in a comparable environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to find solutions
  • Good time management and capable of working to deadlines
  • Positive work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
