Conrad Consulting is currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join our specialist sub-contractor client for new projects they have kicking off across Scotland.
Our client is well renowned within their sector and work closely with all major tier 1 contractors within the UK to deliver some of the most eye catching and dynamic buildings throughout the country.
Due to several recent project wins valuing 3-5m per job, our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager who has experience of working on large scale main contractor construction projects and can effectively manage the safe delivery and installation of all types of building envelopes including curtain walling, aluminium facades and structural glazing.
About You
It is essential that you can demonstrate a history of being an integral part of site based management team, preferably working for a main contractor and are fully competent with the creation and accurate completion of all necessary site paperwork.
It is also pivotal you can demonstrate the following:
- At least 3 years main or sub-contracting experience
- Fully IT literate
- Willingness to progress your career and develop within the company
- Experience managing or dealing with contractors who deliver faade, glazing and curtain wall
