**This role is 100% onsite, no remote or Hybrid working**Your Role:In this role, you’ll lead key initiatives that impact production efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include:

Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring smooth integration of new products into the production process.
Implementing Lean Manufacturing strategies, such as Kaizen, 5S, and FMEA, to streamline production and reduce costs.
Driving health and safety improvements on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Developing and updating crucial production documents, including SOPs, BOMs, and AutoCAD drawings to standardise processes.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues through root cause analysis, and supporting the installation of new machinery to enhance productivity.

Who You AreYou’re a proactive and experienced Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer with:

A HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in production engineering, ideally within manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and FMEA.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and health and safety regulations (IOSH desirable).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar and solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.
