PA / EA
West Edinburgh based | fully office based role with parking
Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
Temp role for 4 to 6 months
Pay rate up to 20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Search Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh based client to recruit an experienced PA / EA who will be responsible for providing extensive and varied Administration, Secretarial & PA support to Senior Management.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Providing comprehensive EA & senior level administration support to a number of senior members of the Senior Leadership team
* Organisation & co-ordination of high level events & meetings including agendas, logistics, catering, facilities & venue management
* Extensive diary management & meeting scheduling for multiple stakeholders
* Booking required travel & accommodation for the team & producing itineraries where required
* Correspondence & inbox management, responding to general enquiries where appropriate, escalating necessary comms & drafting responses on behalf of the Senior Leadership team members
* Taking & documenting meeting minutes
* Ensuring key documentation is held, managed & filed appropriately
* Various other PA/EA/administration tasks as directed & required - full spec will be provided should your application be progressed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Extensive previous experience in a PA or EA role carrying out duties supporting at board level in line with the above spec - this experience is essential
* Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a very busy workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent IT Skills including the full MS Office suite - SharePoint experience would also be an advantage
