HR Administrator - Part-TimeCentral Edinburgh based | FULLY OFFICE BASED9:00am to 5:00pm | Days Across Monday to FridayPermanent role | ASAP startEquivalent salary up to £25,000 + benefits (depending on experience)Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading Edinburgh based client to recruit this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration to the HR team. Duties involved in this role will include:

* Processing all new starter paperwork & carrying out pre-employment checks * Processing any leavers through the HR system* Maintaining all leave & absence records on the HR system, highlighting any concerns as they arise* Assisting with recruitment administration including drafting & placing job adverts, dealing with incoming applications, updating candidates on progress & arranging interviews* Generating correspondence & documents using mail merges, templates & Docusign* Processing employment T&C and contract changes for staff when required, ensuring information is passed to payroll in good time when required* Monitoring the HR & Recruitment inboxes, dealing with any queries when possible & referring on when required* Preparing reports using internal software as required* Ensuring all data is held in accordance GDPR and company policies* Providing administrative support to the wider HR team on a variety of dutiesIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

* Demonstrable previous experience in an HR Administrative role carrying out duties in line with the above - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively* Excellent verbal & written communication skills* Solid IT skills including the use of the full MS Office suiteIf this is the role for you, apply now!*Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.*
