Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic law firm for a Scottish Solicitor who specialises in Personal Injury (ELPL & RTA)

This role comes with a fantastic salary of £55k pa pro rata, based on a 3 day week. This is a perfect role for a legal professional who wishes to work remotely for a fantastic company on a part time basis and still earn a fantastic salary and bonus.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload competently, professionally, efficiently, and cost-effectively with minimal supervision to meet client and firm objectives.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and available remedies.
  • Draft pleadings accurately and efficiently.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Instruct counsel promptly and precisely.
  • Take a proactive approach to the financial management of your cases, including accurate time recording and timely billing.
  • Contribute positively to the work of the team and division.
  • Support the firm's marketing efforts and identify opportunities to promote the firm’s services.
  • Participate in and contribute to technical training within the team and division.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years PQE with experience in personal injury law.
  • Scottish Qualified Solicitor

  • Excellent communication skills; articulate and able to convey information clearly and without jargon.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Personable and adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Confident with a strong belief in your own abilities.
