Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic law firm for a Scottish Solicitor who specialises in Personal Injury (ELPL & RTA)
This role comes with a fantastic salary of £55k pa pro rata, based on a 3 day week. This is a perfect role for a legal professional who wishes to work remotely for a fantastic company on a part time basis and still earn a fantastic salary and bonus.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload competently, professionally, efficiently, and cost-effectively with minimal supervision to meet client and firm objectives.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and available remedies.
- Draft pleadings accurately and efficiently.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Instruct counsel promptly and precisely.
- Take a proactive approach to the financial management of your cases, including accurate time recording and timely billing.
- Contribute positively to the work of the team and division.
- Support the firm's marketing efforts and identify opportunities to promote the firm’s services.
- Participate in and contribute to technical training within the team and division.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years PQE with experience in personal injury law.
- Scottish Qualified Solicitor
Person Specification:
- Excellent communication skills; articulate and able to convey information clearly and without jargon.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Personable and adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Confident with a strong belief in your own abilities.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional client service and willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
