Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible work with the opportunity to make a real difference in local schools? We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide emergency sickness cover in schools across Longbridge .

As a Supply Teacher, your primary role will be to step in and deliver lessons at short notice, often in response to emergency sickness cover. You will be required to be available in the mornings for standby calls, ensuring that schools have the support they need to maintain continuity of education. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers looking for flexibility in their working hours, as well as those who enjoy variety and new challenges.

• Respond to standby calls each morning for emergency sickness cover.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and uphold school standards.
• Follow the school’s curriculum and adapt lessons as required.
• Support students' learning needs and ensure their progress.
• Foster positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to be available for morning standby calls for emergency cover.
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A current DBS check (or be willing to undergo one).
• A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
