Our client, a prominent leader in the Property Management sector, partners with some of Edinburgh's most prestigious businesses. They are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Edinburgh City Centre team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple payrolls on a 4-weekly cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operations. This position requires precision, a thorough understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile timesheets, holiday pay, and statutory payments.
- Manage onboarding for new employees, leaver processing, and salary adjustments.
- Handle third-party payment requests and support weekly profit and loss reporting.
- Maintain payroll journals, manage employee contracts, and oversee the payroll inbox.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of payroll accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory payments and related calculations.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office tools.
