An innovative consumer business with International success, is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join the team as Payroll Supervisor based in their dynamic Edinburgh offices. We're looking for a Payroll SpecialistTo succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Vast payroll experience gained in either a professional practice, bureau or in-house environment
  • You will have a strong grasp of pension schemes, HMRC compliance, Payroll Giving, Cycle to Work, and other payroll-specific functions
  • Vast experience of payroll systems-able to navigate complex processes with confidence and precision
  • An eye for detail and a love for efficient, accurate processes
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a systematic approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with outsourced payroll providers
  • Solid month-end process knowledge to ensure financial accuracy and timely account reconciliation
  • International payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential
