Gas Engineer

Clearpath Recruitment are looking for a permanent Commercial Gas Engineer for our Client in the East Lothian areato start as soon as possible.

Our client specialises in commercial and industrial projects and are currently looking for skilled Pipefitters/Welders to join their dynamic team.

• 66 sites across the East Lothian area.
• Full time or Permanent subcontract.
• 40,000 - 45,000per annum depending on experience.
• 40 Hours paid per week with potential for 15 hours of overtime.
• **Average Annual Salary:** 65000 per annum, afterovertime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and pipefitting tasks on and off site for our commercial and industrial projects.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Hold commercial gas ACS qualifications.
• Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer.
• Knowledge of commercial heating and CWDHW systems.
• Knowledge of commercial plant controls.
• Ability to carry out diagnostics.
• Ability to complete small installations (Boilers/water heaters etc).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must be flexible to work away.
• Great customer service skills.
