Job Title: Town Planning Director
Salary: 拢80,000+
Location: Edinburgh
We are assisting a leading private consultancy in Edinburgh who are looking to grow their planning team and take on an additional planning director to come in as a fee earner and grow the company even further. They focus on a whole range of projects including EIA, land promotion, master planning, residential and large developments so someone who has a skills across the board would be a great asset to this team!
The right candidate would need to bring a client base with them.
Responsibilities:
路Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.
路Lead project teams from inception to completion.
路Build and maintain client relationships.
路Mentor and develop the more junior team members.
路Ensure compliance with planning regulations.
Qualifications:
路Minimum 8 years of planning experience within a private consultancy
路Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
路Experience of fee earning
路RTPI Chartered Membership (highly desirable).
