Junior Sales Development Representative -- 23,000 - 24,000 Basic + Additional 5k

Location - Edinburgh City Centre - Hybrid flexible working
Start date - ASAP
Working Hours - Monday - Thursday - 9am - 5:30pm and finish 5pm Friday - NO WEEKENDS

You will be joining a fast-paced sales team and global company where they really make a difference.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently graduated looking to build on their experience or someone who is looking to progress in their career and build on skills you already have. You will be working in different parts of the business over an 18 month period such as Sales, Customer Service Account Management and Administration.

They are looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and wants to have a great career path. You will have ongoing training and coaching witch will set you up to succeed so you have all the skills to do the job!

Who are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads through cold calling.
- Booking Appointments by conducting effective conversations with prospects through phone calls and booking in meetings for BDMs.
- Updating CRM System
- Work closely with the business development managers and account managers to prospect
- Develop sales and customer service skills further through ongoing training
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the business, the industry, and our clients.
- Customer Service/Account Management dealing with queries and emails providing a high standard of service
- Administration - Invoicing, Dealing with suppliers, payment, Inputting data
