As they head into a busy year, I am supporting an Edinburgh based contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to manage a diverse range of projects, with a focus on commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment works.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 projects at one time, with upcoming jobs ranging from £300,000 to £1m.

The successful applicant will have demonstrable fit-out and refurbishment experience within the commercial sector, with a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while maintaining strong client relationships and managing all key project stakeholders.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading and managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with site teams, office staff, contractors, and suppliers.
-  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Overseeing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensuring H&S and quality standards are maintained on-site.
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Providing leadership and mentoring junior employees.

To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be degree qualified in a construction-related field or come from a trade background.
- Have demonstratable management experience within the construction industry, ideally with a background in fit-out.
- Have experience leading projects from inception to completion.
