- Full-time, office-based - Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations to inspections.
- Work closely with contractors, landlords, and team members to ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Proactively address concerns and ensure satisfaction across the board.
- Develop and manage property budgets to enhance revenue and reduce costs.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare insightful reports.
- Maintain accurate records and handle legal matters like lease disputes and evictions with confidence.
- Mentor, train, and inspire junior property managers.
- Foster a positive, high-performance team environment.
- Expertise in property management, leases, and maintenance.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of Scottish property laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills to handle diverse challenges.
- Proven leadership to motivate and uplift your team.
- Tech-savviness with property management software & Google Suite.
- Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
