A leading, fast growing Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Lettings Manager to be based in Edinburgh. Overview:

  • Job Title: BTR Lettings Manager
  • Location: Edinburgh
  • Salary: Up to £43,000 + Bonus
  • Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days per week (including some Saturdays)

The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the leasing strategy and day to day leasing activities for a new Build-to-Rent development in EdinburghResponsibilities of the Lettings Manager include:

  • Manage a team of Leasing Professionals.
  • Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Ensure team members are delivering to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Mobilisation team to achieve lease up targets.
  • Oversee renewals.
  • Complete various reports.
  • Stay informed about the current market and competitors.
  • Use software to track apartments availability, record traffic and leasing activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Carry out viewings and community tours.
  • Follow health & safety procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Identify areas of improvement.

The person:

  • Experienced Lettings Manager within residential property.
  • Prior experience leading a team.
  • Excellent understanding of the leasing process and legislation.
  • Be a natural leader.
  • Have a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • A clear, calm communication style.
