Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or someone new to the sector with a strong drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!The Role:As a Recruitment Consultant in our Accountancy and Finance team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and placing high-calibre candidates with some of the most prestigious firms in the sector. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, developing a deep understanding of their needs and providing expert recruitment solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to client relationship management and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Identify and engage with top talent in the Accountancy and Finance sectors.
Work collaboratively with team members to share market insights and recruitment strategies.
Actively contribute to business development through lead generation and networking.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential. We also welcome candidates from sales or other client-facing backgrounds who are eager to transition into recruitment.
Sales Skills: A sales background is beneficial, but if you’re driven, self-motivated, and confident in dealing with people, we can help you develop these skills.
Personality: You’ll need a positive, can-do attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
Communication: Excellent communication and people skills are key to building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
