- Lead and coordinate the delivery of Holiday Hub provision across the organisation.
- Build partnerships with internal teams, parents/carers, third sector partners and external contractors.
- Develop strategies, referral pathways, communication plans, and evaluation tools.
- Provide expert guidance to senior officers and elected members.
- Identify funding opportunities and support income generation for long-term sustainability.
- Monitor project progress, report on outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of the third sector and working with children with ASN.
- Proven experience in project management, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple priorities and partners.
- Knowledge of relevant local and national policies.
- Driving license is desirable as may have to travel between locations
