Job
Working as a Cashroom Assistant you will get you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Processing financial transactions with accuracy.
- Reviewing and recording transactions in accounting software.
- Monitoring bank accounts and ensuring prompt notifications.
- Reconciling petty cash for head office and branch locations.
- Collaborating with the Cashroom Manager for daily bank reconciliations.
- Ensuring adherence to financial procedures and Law Society of Scotland regulations.
- Maintaining clear communication with banks, organizations, and internal teams regarding transactions
You
As a Cashroom Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong numeric skills
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
