Reporting into the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the overall operations of the region's services. Responsibilities*Continue to develop services, improving the operational functions and growth across the service.*To support both care and operational staff in their own professional development.*Work with the finance team to support in financial management and oversee budgets. *Maintain relationships with the Care Inspectorate, SSSC and the Local Authority. *Support the development of policies and procedures.*Build relationships with internal and external partners, making the best efforts to always find new ways in improving the quality of the service. *To ensure the best possible support is offered to service users.*Support staff with training and carrying out appraisals.Requirements*SVQ4 in Health and Social Care Management*Experience working with both adults and children with learning disabilities*Leadership experience within social care*Communication skills and transparency*Coaching skills*Attention to detail
