Description
- Assist with various administrative tasks required by the Supply Chain team.
- Process customer orders using SAP, handle delivery invoicing, and track orders to meet delivery schedules.
- Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, ensuring accurate customer invoicing using Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from third-party warehouses.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock is available at the right place and time, including transferring materials between warehouses as needed.
- Engage in internal and external stakeholder management to support seamless operations across the supply chain.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, managing contracts and monitoring KPIs to ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparation of budget forecasts for the supply chain department.
- Stay updated with latest supply chain trends and advancements.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:
- Ideally a relevant qualification with Supply Chain.
- Proficient in SAP for order processing, invoicing, and order tracking.
- Experience in a FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge in stock reconciliations and inventory management.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain and procurement principles.
- Proficiency in database software and supply chain management systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
