Plumber

Duties include:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Carry out commercial plumbing work including repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
• Renovate existing plumbing systems, pipework, and drainage systems.
• This could be working with anything from taps, pipes, sinks, WC, urinals or waste pipework.
• Repair, replace, and upgrade sanitary-ware fixtures.
• Operate efficiently in a mobile Facilities Management environment.
• Working overtime and on-call to ensure all client requirements are met.
• Working safely and adhering to all health and safety guidelines as required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• SVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced commercial plumbing environment is preferred.
• Full UK driving license.
• Disclosure Scotland background check will be required (paid for by the client).

Package:

• Competitive salary from 33,000 - 38,000.
• Van + fuel card.
• Mobile/ Tablet.
• Hours: Mon- Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 4pm (with 1-hour lunch break).
• Overtime rates: Mon-Fri and Sat until 12pm = 1.5x. After 12pm Sat and Sun = 2x.
• On- Call - 150 per week standby, minimum 4 hours paid and OT rates paid for call outs.
