Job Title: Handyman
Location: Highbridge
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Patcher/Dryliner to join our residential development scheme in Highbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair damaged drywall, including holes, cracks, and water damage.
Smooth and level patched areas to ensure a seamless finish.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and protecting surfaces.
- Apply joint compound and tape, then sand and finish drywall to a smooth, even surface.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and is completed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Proven experience in drywall patching or related construction work.
- Knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to perform drywall repairs with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).

- Ability to work across multiple trades with a keen eye for detail.

- CSCS card
- Own tools and transport
