Logistics Health and Safety Business Partner

Location:Field based Egham, Lowfield Heath, Birmingham and Glasgow

Pay:Competitive annual salary plus fantastic benefits and 12% bonus

Contract:Full-Time, permanent

Working Pattern:38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7


This individual will work in conjunction with the Head of Safety to support and achieve the safety strategy for the organisation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This will be achieved by collaboratively working with the Logistics team to ensure that Health & Safety processes and procedures are adhered to, escalated and investigated in line with company policies. Covering the whole Logistics operation, which will include Runnymede, Lowfield Heath, Birmingham Bond and Glasgow Bond.

Experience required:

  • Experience of Leading Logistics Health & Safety management and operations
  • Planning & Organisational Skills
  • Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills and influential communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Strong Commercial acumen to deliver efficient business solutions
  • Numeral analytical skills

Specific Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate or higher (or equivalent)
  • Graduate Membership of IOSH (or above)
  • Any additional safety specific training within Logistics environments
  • A clean Driving Licence
