We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Team Leader to join our clients team at Heathrow Airport. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of up to 12 people in support of our critical service contract at one of the world's busiest airports.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and support staff
  • Drive and monitor contractual KPIs and obligations with customers
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Coordinate resources, tools, and materials for successful service delivery
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members
  • Manage scheduling and time entry for the team
  • Prepare and publish monthly performance reports
  • Respond to emergency support requests as needed


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of technical field service experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for specialized software programs
  • Experience with SVMX for service modules is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24/7 coverage
