Your new companyA fantastic new opportunity has risen for a full-time permeant Sales Executive to join an insurance company based in Staines. This is an exciting opportunity to work within with an award-winning company that has doubled in size over the past 2 years.Your new roleYou will be negotiating with insurers to recover the funds for the companies hire fleet used by customers. This will be done via telephone calls and emails (there is no cold calling).You will maintain a high level of client care and ensure the right outcome for each opportunity. You will be handling 30+ outbound calls a day and effectively managing your own portfolio of opportunities. You will work towards and maintain KPIs and SLAs. You will use technical legal knowledge, and you will be trained onto continually progress your portfolio of opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with insurers to swift progress your portfolio to the right outcome.What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous sales or negotiation experience, whether that is in telesales, retentions, renewals, or recruitment. You will be on a short notice period and be able to start on the 12th of February. You will be able to articulate your previous sales experience and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.What you'll get in returnYou will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm fully remote. The role is paying £28,000 - £33,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with OTE of between £45,000 - £50,000. You will receive 29 days' holiday including bank holidays and will also be put onto a progression programme from when you start.
