We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator, ideally someone with a scheduling background as this job will require managing engineers by logging breakdowns and sending them out to sites. You will need to be competent in Excel with a confident on the phone manner. Good UK geographical knowledge would be an advantage.

The role is offered on a temp to perm basis

Duties to include

  • Liaise with customers to book in all PPM visits and repair visits; via customer portals as required
  • Speak with engineers daily regarding pre booked jobs
  • Call Centre - log callout rota onto their system and amend when

necessary. Each morning check reports, log callouts not issued to engineer and action any outstanding items

  • Take all incoming phone calls to service office and deal with service enquiries
  • Despatch call outs and emergency entrapments to either inhouse engineers or raise PO’s for third party providers
  • Complete / Close down Worksheets daily
  • Check timesheets for compliance and issue to Manager for approval
  • Send worksheets to customers
  • Manage 3rd party call centre for night call rota
  • Deal with subcontractor queries
  • Order engineer uniforms and PPE
  • Maintain Vehicle fleet and van stocks and co-ordinate repairs
  • Customer reports/information - Monthly KPI reporting.
  • Compile callout listing with values to obtain a PO from the customer.

  • Work from own initiative with minimum supervision
  • Flexible in job approach
  • Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Communicate precisely both in writing and verbally, with staff and customers
  • Work as a team member within a medium sized global organisation
  • Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office
