My client is a well-established and busy freight forwarder seeking an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team.
The role involves handling air and ocean imports from start to finish, including obtaining rates, processing payments, and completing customs entries.
Candidates must have previous imports experience and be able to manage quotations, arrange collections and deliveries, and liaise with airlines.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from either 08:30 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 17:30.
The salary for this position is competitive, though the specific amount is not disclosed.

Daily duties include:

Handling air and ocean imports from start - finish
Obtaining rates from airline and overseas agents
Processing payments and raising necessary paperwork for accounting purposes inline with company requirements
Completing customs entries
Quotations
Arranging collections and deliveries
Liaising with airlines

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 08.30-17.00 or 9.00-17.30pm
