We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Intern to join our Procurement Team at Enterprise Mobility' European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. The role will allow you to learn about how a business ā€œbuysā€ products and services professionally. There is a lot of skill to buying and by joining our Procurement team, you will be exposed to new skills such as commercial negotiations, supplier relationship, risk and performance management, along with legal contracting.Ā Ā

This role enables you to work on projects across the whole business and that impactall European countries. The position will involve learning how to manage an e-sourcing event end to end, learn how to conduct commercial analysis, interact with suppliers and a wide variety of internal stakeholders.Ā Ā

  • Run routine e-sourcing events across the businessĀ 
  • Run ad hoc projectsĀ 
  • Attend and support with supplier meetings and events
  • Support our Supplier Diversity ProgramĀ  Ā  Ā  Ā 

Qualifications

  • You must be a current undergraduate university student looking to undertake a placement?year as part of your course?(any discipline)Ā 
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel and Word)Ā 
  • Excellent?written and oral communication skills
  • Great analytical skills with good attention to detailĀ 
  • A fast learner with a ā€˜can doā€™ attitudeĀ Ā 
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethicĀ 
  • Team player who can work well within a team as well as on your own initiativeĀ

  • Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station)

Our interviews based on how you perform against the competencies that are required for your role.
