- Developing and implementing strategies for effective alumni engagement.
- Planning and executing events designed to foster strong alumni relationships.
- Communicating effectively with alumni through various channels.
- Collaborating with the marketing and agency department to create engaging content.
- Managing the alumni database and ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of alumni engagement initiatives.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders to support alumni engagement efforts.
- Representing the organisation at alumni events and other related occasions.
Profile
A successful 'Alumni Engagement Officer' should have:
- Proven experience in relationship management or alumni engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in database management and record keeping.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- A commitment to promoting the values and mission of the Education sector.
