The role reports to the eSolutions Product Manager and involves collaboration with parcel carriers like DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS.
Key responsibilities include supporting invoice reconciliation, creating department SOPs, issuing carrier quotes, and handling customer service inquiries.
The position requires previous experience and offers a salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
The working pattern is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in an office-based environment.

This role will be located within our eSolutions Team

This position requires good planning, administration & organizational skills to prioritize daily requests.

This role will report directly to the eSolutions Product Manager.

We work closely with parcel carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS etc

Key Skills Required:

· Support with invoice reconciliation· Assist with creating department SOP’s and customer rate cards· Issue carrier quotes based on selling rates· Create outbound / inbound consignments · Customer Service: Follow up on missing parcels and claims and general customer enquiries· Internal reporting· General admininistration

Working Pattern:· 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between core hours of 0800hrs - 1730hrs.· Office based.

Salary Range: Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
