We are excited to announce new opportunities for an experienced motor Claim Representatives to join our Rental Claims Services department at Enterprise Mobility' European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and handling assigned claims based on their merits. This will include detection and investigation of potential fraudulent activity. Daily contacts can include renters, claimants, solicitors, body shops, and regulatory authorities. There is a clear performance-based career path that builds on claim variety and complexity. No two days are the same because every claim is different!  We are looking for candidates who have experience of handling bodilly injury claims in the OIC / MOJ portals and ideally some multi-track matters as well as make decisions and manage conflict.  

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career in liability claims or risk management as our team will be expanding significantly over the coming months and years. This is a full time hybrid role requiring presence in Egham a minimum of 1 day out of 5. 

Responsibilities

  • Gather information to investigate and resolve liability claims, including conducting interviews and taking recorded statements, collecting medical data, police reports, repair estimates and other related investigative documents
  • Contact body shops and other related parties, conduct accident scene investigations, analyse information from scene investigations and vehicle inspections
  • Assist in the evaluation of property damage, credit hire and determine extent of damages
  • Evaluate personal injury claims, determine extent of injuries and evaluate and determine coverage and liability
  • Learn to interpret claims information and develop recommendations for strategies for claim resolution based on experience and training
  • Learn to make recommendations and obtain management approval for any changes to settlement strategy
  • Receive and respond promptly and appropriately to requests from vendors, renters, claimants, solicitors and internal contacts
  • Maintain and handle confidential records, files, and correspondence, maintaining compliance with established standards

Qualifications

  • Significant motor claims experience 
  • Time management skills, deadline orientated 
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills and ability to manage conflict
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and manage a large and varied workload
  • Knowledge of Credit Hire case law
  • Knowledge of bodily injury claims in the OIC / MOJ portals

Hours: 40 per weekSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience
