Vehicle Claims Processor
Location: Heathrow Area
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus + Benefits
About the Role:
We are looking for a Vehicle Claims Processor with experience in Warranty, R&M (Repair & Maintenance), and Retail Invoicing, or someone with a strong background as a Service Advisor looking to take their skills into a specialized role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty Claims: Process and submit warranty claim accurately, ensuring they align with manufacturer guidelines.
- R&M and Retail Invoicing: Manage and verify invoices for repair and maintenance, as well as retail services.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the point of contact for internal teams and customers, resolving queries effectively.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and invoices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warranty claims, R&M, or retail invoicing. A background as a Service Advisor is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills and familiarity with invoicing systems.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
