HGV Claims Processor
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £32,000+ depending on experience
  • Location: Heathrow
  • Job Type: Full-time

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive claims processing, particularly with HGVs, though experience with cars and LCVs is also valuable.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process Manufacturer Warranty Claims and R&M Claims efficiently.
  • Utilise multiple software platforms daily for various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of warranty and invoicing processing.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting to meet and exceed operational goals.
  • Engage in continuous learning to master the use of all relevant HGV systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of vehicle warranty, repair, and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims and R&M Claims.
  • Automotive experience is essential, with a preference for HGV expertise, although transferable skills from car and LCV backgrounds are acceptable.
  • Excellent administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new software platforms.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
