?? Responsibilities:
- ?? Analyse demand from Sales to create production and material ordering schedules.
- ?? Collaborate with the team to identify shortages and report to stakeholders.
- ?? Monitor schedule performance, create KPIs, and report results to senior management.
- ??? Develop a capacity plan for Production, evaluate bottlenecks, and suggest changes to optimise production flow.
- ?? Track production costs and work with the operations team to implement cost-saving measures.
- ?? Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- ??? Clear and concise communication with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- ?? Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning systems.
- ?? Understanding of production processes and procedures.
