Hours
- 40hrs per week Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm

Responsibilities
- Entering payroll from start to finish
- Reconciling payroll accounting ledgers
- Dealing with ad-hoc payroll queries from employees and HMRC
- Performing payroll and accounting related administrative tasks
- Preparing payroll entries for posting to the general ledger
- Analysis of monthly payroll information
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting schedules and reconciliations
- Ad-hoc projects
- Manual Calculations
- HMRC/Tax
- Reporting
- Policies and procedures
- To undertake pensions training in-house
Qualifications
- Payroll experience is not necessary as we will provide full training
The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer skills, namely MS Excel
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills and working to deadlines
- Demonstrates ability to work with numbers
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade 4 (C) or above
