Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Englefield Green TW20
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated property salesperson within a busy Estate Agency office.
We need an experienced Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency with offices in the Englefield Green (Middlesex) area.
You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities.
You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiating skills.
The Company: Our client is an established, privately owned, independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Middlesex area.
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential Estate Agency experience
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Englefield Greenarea helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
