Vacancy: SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Chobham, GU24
Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated property salesperson within a busy Estate Agency office.
We need an experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency with offices in the Chobham area.
Previous experience in residential property sales / Estate Agency and listing is essential and some experience in managing a team would be necessary.
You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities.
You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiating skills.

The Company: Our client is established, privately owned, independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Chobham / Woking area.
Skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:
- Previous residential Estate Agency experience
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- Listing and valuation experience
- Experience of managing a team
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Chobham / Woking area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
