An exciting opportunity exists for an Accountant at a well-established Chartered Accountants firm in Elland.
The role requires a minimum of 2+ years' experience in an Accountancy firm and involves preparing statutory year-end accounts and management accounts.
Candidates should be studying AAT, ACA, or ACCA and be comfortable managing their own client portfolio.
The position offers a salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, along with full study support and hybrid working options.

Incredible opportunity for an Accountant to join a well-established, multi-site firm of Chartered Accountants, at their office based in Elland. Long-established, this firm prides itself on excellent training and support, helping you to progress your career and gain well-rounded experience as an Accountant. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of statutory year end accounts for a variety of clients.
Preparation of management accounts to be sent to clients.
Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Bookkeeping duties when required.
Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.

To be applicable for this Accountant role, ideally you should:

Be studying AAT, ACA, or ACCA
Have minimum 2+ years’ experience working as an Accountant in an Accountancy firm.
Feel comfortable liaising with clients and working towards ownership of your own portfolio of clients.
