What You’ll Do:

  • Help customers with their orders, answer questions, and resolve issues with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
  • Work with a rotational shift pattern (08:00-16:30 or 09:30-18:00) to keep things dynamic and interesting.
  • Enjoy your weekends with only 1 Saturday morning shift every 4 weeks (09:00-13:00).
  • Log customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Handle customer accounts with care and accuracy.
  • Address any customer complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Experience in a Contact Centre: You’re comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • You have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You’re IT-savvy and can navigate systems with ease.
  • You’re a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
