About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for aftersales queries, delivering excellent customer service
  • Manage the workshop diary and schedule vehicle appointments efficiently
  • Handle warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with workshop technicians, sales, and parts teams to provide outstanding aftersales support

Who We Looking For

  • Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
