The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations. This role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities, managing maintenance staff, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
