Description

  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining credit control.
  • Processing and managing credit applications.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and analysis.
  • Resolving any credit related issues and disputes.
  • Supporting the Finance team with other duties as required.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in sales ledger or credit control previously.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
