Description
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining credit control.
- Processing and managing credit applications.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.
- Assisting with month-end reporting and analysis.
- Resolving any credit related issues and disputes.
- Supporting the Finance team with other duties as required.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in sales ledger or credit control previously.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
