HRGO are recruiting for Production Opoeratives to join our client due to exciting business growth, based in Ellesmere Port.
Role: Production Operative
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-6pm & Mon-Thurs 6pm-6am, weekly rotating
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Pay: 12 day shift & 13 night shift, paid weekly (pay rise from April)
Responsibilities
- Meet production targets and quality standards by working together as a team
- Lifting materials into a vat to be processed
- Ensure the machines are running, checking for stoppages or bottlenecks
- Ensure production is undertaken in a safe environment
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production environment is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
