Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Expediting orders with suppliers using the ERIKS EOS System & updating the customer
  • Managing the goods inward deliveries
  • Managing deliveries to the customer
  • Supporting with placing orders on the ERIKS EOS system

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt under pressure, this is an extremely fast paced site and the individual needs to be prepared to adapt to changes in their working day
